Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card on file to hold your scheduled appointments

however, no charges will be applied to your credit card unless you miss, cancel or reschedule an appointment without proper notice. We may also charge this card for services and purchases unless an alternative method of payment is provided. Please complete the credit card authorization provided.

Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of service and/or purchase. For your convenience we accept cash and all major credit cards.

No Insurance or Medicare: Rejuve Clinics Sherman Oaks, Inc.is a fee-for-service business and does not participate with any insurance carrier.We do not bill insurance for any services rendered, and we do not accept or submit insurance claims or payments. Additionally, we do not participate in Medicare and our services are not eligible for Medicare reimbursements. Because our services are not reimbursable by insurance, no superbills are provided.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Missed Appointment Policy: We require 24hours (one business day) advanced notice prior to any cancellations or changes of your scheduled appointments. For any cancellation or appointment changes with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and any missed appointments (no-shows), your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. Please contact us by phone or at booking@rejuve.com for cancellations and scheduling changes. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Specifically for Exosome treatments: Please note that the cost of your exosome treatment is due in full upon scheduling your appointment. Because the exosomes expire within 24 hours and we order them specifically for each patient, your treatment cannot be re-scheduled – if you do choose to cancel or reschedule your exosome treatment, the cost is non-refundable.

Late Arrival Policy: We are committed to being on time with appointments. If you arrive late to your appointment, depending on patient scheduling, we may not be able to treat you.
