If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of our services.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our resources effectively and maintain the quality of care that our patients expect and deserve. In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. This measure is in place to minimize disruptions and ensure that our time and resources are utilized efficiently.
